So you’ve RSVP’d, chosen your outfit and booked your flights - fantastic! But what do you do when you arrive - lay down a swag on the beach and call it a day? God no, we’ve got better plans in mind!
Below is every bit of info you need to know to plan your arrival and/or book your stay at Q Station, and ensure your time on-site is as cruisey as it is boozy!

You will have full access to the Q Station grounds and all its beaches, trails and restaurants during your stay. Please note that BBQs, alcohol, animals, glass, stereo systems and takeaway food may not be brought onto the site or beach by members of the public.
Arriving by Car
For the safety of native wildlife at Q Station, vehicle access on site is restricted to Q Station vehicles only. As no personal vehicles are allowed on the property, free all-day parking is available at the entrance of the site. Guests have access to a complimentary shuttle bus which will take you from Reception to your room.
If you are arriving via Uber / taxi straight from Sydney Airport, please direct your driver to drop you off at Reception so you can transfer to the Q Station shuttle bus.
Arriving by Public Transport
The 161 Manly Wharf Hotel Bus Loop that operates between Manly Wharf and North Head is the primary PT means-of-access to Q Station. Please look ahead closer to the date via Citymapper and other PT apps to confirm your arrival and departure times, as the long weekend may impact usual timetables.
If travelling from south of the Harbour Bridge, we highly recommend taking the Circular Quay to Manly Ferry to access the 161 Bus Loop to get a taste of the sea air on your way over.
Departure & Checking Out
The Q Station shuttle bus will be outside the venue at the end of the night to take any who plan to depart that same evening back to Reception. If you need to leave earlier in the night (which we would totally understand!), you’ll simply need to call Reception and inform staff to bring the shuttle bus around.
If staying on-site, you will be welcome to leave as per your booking details. You are also not required to book only for the Wedding Day - should you wish to stay at Q Station and explore further over the long weekend, you are more than welcome to do so.

Isolation Retreat Suite
1 x King Bedroom & Ensuite Bathroom
Located in the former Isolation Precinct, this area on the property has one of the most amazing views of Sydney Harbour, especially as the sun sets. Retreat suites are a short stroll from the guest lounge, which enjoys panoramic views all the way to Sydney’s CBD. Rooms are spacious and feature a King/Split in the bedroom, adjoining lounge room and internal ensuite.
Heritage Harbourside Room
1 x Queen Bedroom & Ensuite Bathroom
If you don’t mind either a scenic walk or hitching the shuttle bus to the venue and would like to be closer to the Q Station restaurants, this room features stunning glimpses of iconic Sydney Harbour with a queen bedroom with private ensuite. French-style doors open out to a furnished balcony space where you can relax in the peaceful surrounding and watch the Manly ferry cruising by.
